Engineering Council announces two new Licensed Members

The Engineering Council is pleased to announce the Institute of Explosives Engineers (IExpE) and INCOSE UK Ltd receiving approval to become Licensed Members of the Engineering Council and assess their members for professional registration. Both institutions have previously held Professional Affiliate status.
Engineering Council CEO Alasdair Coates said “The Engineering Council’s vision is to maintain society’s confidence and trust in the engineering profession. We achieve this through working with partners across the professional engineering community and are pleased to see IExpE and INCOSE achieving those standards expected of a Licensed Member”.

The Engineering Council holds the national Register of Engineering Technicians (EngTech), Incorporated Engineers (IEng), Chartered Engineers (CEng) and Information and Communication Technology Technicians (ICTTech).
