Engineering Council
Education & Skills Policy
The Engineering Council takes an active interest in the developments in education and skills policy that may impact the professional development of engineers and technicians.
This is achieved through formal and informal contact with Government departments and agencies, and by responding to official policy proposals.
To influence and respond to policy, we work with a range of partners, including:

- Apprenticeship Standard Setting Bodies
The Engineering Council is an active member of Education for Engineering, through which the engineering profession offers a coordinated view to Government on education matters.
