The Engineering Council is the regulatory body for the engineering profession and publishes the Standard that describes how professional registration can be achieved through the demonstration of competence and commitment and what processes are in place to facilitate this. The Standard is subject to periodic review and inviting stakeholders to contribute is an essential part of the review.
