New analysis shows increase of women working in engineering

New research from EngineeringUK has shown that 16.5% of those working in engineering are female, compared to 10.5% as reported in 2010. Analysis of trends in women in the engineering workforce between 2010 and 2021 shows this six percentage point increase in the proportion of women in the engineering workforce.
