The Royal Academy of Engineering is accepting entries for its 2027 Rooke Award.

The Rooke Award is presented to an individual or small team (up to five people) based in the UK who has made an outstanding contribution to promoting engineering to the public and supporting the Academy’s mission to advance engineering excellence. 

The recipient(s) will be selected by the Royal Academy of Engineering’s Awards Committee. The Award consists of a medal and nominations may be submitted by any individual or organisation.

Submissions must be made via the Academy’s Grant Management System no later than 4pm on Tuesday 27 October 2026.
