Course now phased out Institution of Electrical Engineers
The dual designation of BSc/MEng stems from the original BSC course. It was titled BSc/BEng between 1983 and 1985 before becoming BSc/MEng. The school operated a policy of awarding a classified BSc, while those students who performed to a high level were awarded an unclassifed MEng. Between 1997 and 1999 the course split into separate BSc and MEng programmes. Institution of Electrical Engineers
