Head of Licensing and Governance
Prior to his promotion to the Executive Team in September 2023, Stuart held positions within the Engineering Counci's Licensing team (most recently Licensing Manager) since joining the organisation in 2016.
As part of leading the Licensing and Governance functions, Stuart has oversight of support to the Board of Trustees, Quality Assurance Committee, and Privy Council and Governance Panel.
