Paul Bailey

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Paul leads the Engineering Council's staff team, representing the organisation in numerous national and international partnerships.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Paul held the position of Deputy CEO & Operations Director for over eight years and was also previously Deputy CEO at the Royal Aeronautical Society.

With a degree in Physics and a background in aerospace and aviation, Paul is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and Member of the Institute of Physics.
