Bola Oladimeji

Bola Oladimeji is an experienced executive leader, Non-Executive Director and qualified solicitor with deep expertise in governance, law and risk across regulated sectors including insurance, construction, housing and professional services. She brings extensive board and committee-level experience across corporate and not-for-profit environments, with a strong track record of providing strategic oversight, independent judgement and public-interest leadership.

Most recently, Bola served as Chief Executive of The Wren Insurance Association, a regulated mutual insurer supporting approximately 20% of UK architectural practices. Reporting to a Non-Executive Board, she led organisational strategy, financial stewardship and governance within a complex regulatory landscape, contributing to Audit, Nominations, Remuneration, Investment Strategy and Emerging Risks Committees while embedding fairness, transparency and inclusive leadership across the organisation.

Alongside her executive career, Bola acts as Strategic Adviser to The Place of Grace, providing independent strategic advice on the development of a postgraduate-level leadership and entrepreneurship programme for senior business leaders. She has also served as a Trustee of a financial literacy charity and as Development and Assets Committee Member at YMCA St Paul’s Group, scrutinising major capital programmes.
