The Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining (IOM3) Awards and Prizes for 2024 are now open for nominations.
The awards, which recognise technical contributions, publications and services to the engineering, environmental and scientific profession, welcome nominations from members and non-members. The IOM3 Awards raise awareness of engineering and scientific excellence and industry best practice.
The range of awards reflects the breadth of interests of the Institute in terms of technical achievement, with several non-discipline specific awards as well as those within designated technical communities and are designed for people at all stages of their career. Publication awards recognise published papers of particular merit, and distinguished service to IOM3 and the engineering and scientific profession is also honoured.
The closing date for this year’s nominations is 29 February 2024 and the winners will be celebrated at the IOM3 Awards Day on 5 December in London.
