Honouring Trustees during Trustees’ Week 2025

Published: 03/11/2025

Trustees’ Week (3 - 7 November) is an opportunity to recognise the dedicated individuals who help ensure that engineering in the UK remains trusted, respected and held to the highest standards.

This annual event highlights the valuable contributions Trustees make and encourages wider participation in governance roles across all sectors.

At the Engineering Council, our Trustees bring a wealth of experience across industry, academia and major employers. Their diverse expertise helps strengthen decision-making and foster inclusive and effective governance.

Through providing strategic oversight, robust risk management and a strong commitment to accountability, our Trustees work collaboratively to navigate the complex challenges facing the engineering profession. They also ensure our Standards continue to serve both the public and the profession with integrity.

We are grateful to our Trustees for the vital role they play in shaping the profession and driving positive change, helping to protect and promote engineering excellence across the UK.
