Running from 23–27 February 2026, Chartered Week celebrates the professionals whose expertise, integrity and commitment help build public trust across a wide range of professions.
Centred on the theme, Celebrating Trusted Professionals, the Engineering Council will be marking Chartered Week on social media and our news pages by recognising the achievements of our registrants and the vital role they play in upholding and demonstrating standards of competence, ethics and positive impact.
Chartered Engineer status, as well as Incorporated Engineer, Engineering Technician and ICT Technician is a recognised benchmark of professional excellence. It provides assurance to employers and the public that engineering professionals meet our rigorous, industry-recognised Standards.
To join us and get involved, the Chartered Week toolkit provides digital assets and ideas to celebrate #CharteredWeek across social media. Use the hashtags, digital badges and shareable content to tell your Chartered story and encourage others to take the next step in their professional journey.
Follow our social channels to get involved and help spread the word about professional registration.
