EUR ING Registration

Who can apply for EUR ING Registration?

 

Anyone who is registered as a Chartered or Incorporated Engineer in the UK can apply for EUR ING registration through the Engineering Council. Different routes to registration may apply if you do not hold a ENGINEERS EUROPE EEED (formerly FEANI INDEX) engineering degree or if you hold a non-engineering academic qualification. If you have a professional qualification awarded in another European country you should contact the ENGINEERS EUROPE's National Member for that country for information about how to apply. I want to apply for EUR ING but I am not a member of one of the professional engineering institutions. What should I do?

 

To apply for EUR ING in the UK you will need to be a member of one of the professional engineering institutions and registered as a Chartered or Incorporated Engineer.

Do I have to renew my EUR ING registration?

 

EUR ING registration is renewable every five years. There is a charge for this, payable at the time of renewal. The current fees for renewal can be found on our Registration Fees page. EUR ING registered after 1st January 2023 will need to submit 5 years of CPD records upon renewal.
