Innovation in a crisis: webinar series
Published: 10/07/2020
The Royal Academy of Engineering (RAEng) has launched a new online Q&A series to explore the different ways that the engineering profession is contributing to the COVID-19 response.
Through a series of interviews with engineers involved in innovative projects and multidisciplinary efforts, we will highlight the ways in which the community has mobilised to rapidly add expertise to the ongoing battle against the virus, and learn lessons from innovating and scaling at pace.
Registration is open now for the next event, on 14 July, 'Inside efforts to make PPE for the frontline', which will be chaired by Elspeth Finch MBE and held online via Zoom.
Recordings are now available of past sessions on topics including 'Delivering the Nightingale Hospitals' and 'VentilatorChallengeUK'. Footage and/or audio of each webinar will be added following the event.
