The Engineering Council is one of about 200 regulated professional organisations listed on the Regulated Professions Register (RPR), a new digital service launched by The Department for Business and Trade.

It is a useful source of information to find out more about working in regulated professions in the UK. It provides easy access to information such as the qualifications and experience legally required for the regulated professions as well as contact details of the relevant regulator.
