Registration Fraud

Overseas engineers and technicians should be aware that as part of a wider fraud concerning false job-offers (eg, involving Shell ), they may be offered the opportunity to gain registration with EC UK through an agent on the payment of a fee. This is a flagrant attempt to defraud those who are unfamiliar with the registration process. Registration with EC UK can only be by direct application through one of its licensed member institutions.
